Leading Culture Change at SEB

Abstract
SEB Chief Risk Officer department had gone through a culture change program of four months based on boosting three skills: psychological safety, empathic listening and strategic frame. The program had allowed the CRO teams to make progress on strategic challenges and had improved the decision making process. Magnus Agustsson, the CRO, belived that if the whole of SEB went through a similar program, his job would be much easier. But how to convince the other departments to invest considerable time on developing such soft skills?
