Abstract
In chapter 23, the concluding chapter of Race, Work, and Leadership, “Intersections of Race, Work, and Leadership,” Roberts and Mayo provide insights for understanding and enhancing the black experience. In addition, the editors summarize a series of recommendations that are beneficial for individuals trying to assert and maximize their leadership potential, for organizations trying to leverage and optimize their diverse talent, and for academics who seek to better understand the key questions that still remain about black leadership.
