Looking Inward

Abstract

For a business to be successful, there must be a fit between strategy, organizational design, and leadership. Unfortunately, the landscape is littered with failed programs and initiatives. One major reason that the process is so difficult is that most people, when trying to change an organization, avoid dealing with the fundamental management and leadership issues that need to be resolved before a new structure, system, or business process can be implemented.
