Title Assistant Dean for Administrative and Educational Affairs

In addition to focusing on a broad range of School-wide planning and policy matters, Gabe works closely with leaders throughout HBS and Harvard University to advance special projects and explore new opportunities that cut across departments and functions. His ongoing priorities include strategic and financial planning, capital projects, design and use of the campus, signature convening initiatives (e.g., DIALOGUE), major events, community engagement, neighborhood and civic affairs, campus activation, art collections and related programming, and alumni relations. Gabe serves on the MBA Student Investment Fund Advisory Board, the Arts & Artifacts Collection Advisory group, Data Governance and Information Security groups, and Joint Degree steering committees, among others.

Before joining the Dean’s Office, Gabe held a succession of roles in the MBA Program administration, where he focused on technology portfolio development and oversight, strategic planning, financial management, HR, and operations. Gabe holds a BA from Trinity College (Hartford, CT) and is a graduate of the Program for Leadership Development (PLDA7) at Harvard Business School.
