    Bio

    Patrick Mullane is the Executive Director of Harvard Business School Online and Executive Education. He brings over 20 years of management experience across several industries to the position. In his role, he is responsible for managing Harvard Business School’s portfolio of non-degree programs including all online, in-person, and blended programs. Together, HBS Online and Executive Education reach approximately 40,000 participants per year through more than 100 programs using a custom, online learning platform, the innovative Harvard Business School Live Online Classrooms, and world-class campus facilities.

    Prior to joining HBS, Patrick was the CEO of Fabrico, Inc., an industrial manufacturing company that was purchased by Technetics, Inc. in 2014. Subsequent to the sale of Fabrico, he served as vice president and general manager in Technetics’ industrial turbine portfolio. Before earning his MBA, Patrick served as a captain in a U.S. Air Force intelligence organization. He has also been an early employee of a technology startup, managed Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions’ Washington DC market, and worked for a telecommunications equipment company.

    Patrick holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame, an M.S. in Project and Systems Management from Golden Gate University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
