David Molander uses photo-editing software to bring together digitally captured images. Fountains LES was created while on a residency at Location One in New York in 2012 and is part of a body of work called High Rise. This image consists of images shot in the Lower East Side, including an exploding fire hydrant, construction zone, and surrounding buildings at a downtown street corner.
