Arrival and Directions
Harvard Business School is located in Boston, directly opposite Harvard Stadium and across the Charles River from the Harvard University campus and Harvard Square (about a 15-minute walk). Vehicles are permitted to drive onto the HBS campus only on program registration and departure days for the safety of our community (ours is a walking campus with no sidewalks).
From Logan Airport, HBS is easily reached by taxi. Taxis (and car rental shuttles) operate from the lower level curbs near the baggage claim area of your terminal at Logan. To arrange ground transportation prior to your arrival at Logan, you may wish to contact an area limousine service, such as Commonwealth Limo at +1-800-558-5466 or Town Car International at +1-888-482-4685.
Directions to HBS from Logan Airport: Upon departing the airport, follow signs for I-90 West (Massachusetts Turnpike/Ted Williams Tunnel). Take I-90 West to exit 20 for Allston/Cambridge. Bear right towards Cambridge. Continue through the first set of lights and immediately get in the left lane. Turn left onto Soldiers Field Road just past the second set of lights and before the bridge. Turn left onto Western Avenue at the first stoplight. Enter campus through the Soldiers Field Park/One Western Avenue East Drive entrance next to the parking garage (about 0.2 miles down on your right).

Parking is pre-paid for by the conference. Please tell the guard that you are here for the ARCS Conference.

Traveling by air
If you are planning to travel by air, you will be flying into Logan Airport (code BOS). HBS is a short taxi ride from the airport.
Traveling by car
From Logan Airport
Follow signs for I-90 W (Massachusetts Turnpike/Ted Williams Tunnel). Take I-90 W to Exit #20 for Allston and Cambridge. After the tollbooth, bear right towards Cambridge, to a large intersection. Just past the second light, and before the bridge, turn left onto Soldiers Field. At the first stoplight, turn left onto Western Avenue. Enter the campus through the Batten Way Entrance, on your right.
From west of Boston
Take I-90 E (Massachusetts Turnpike) to Exit #18 for Allston and Cambridge. After the tollbooth, bear right towards Cambridge, to a large intersection. Just past the second light, and before the bridge, turn left onto Soldiers Field. At the first stoplight, turn left onto Western Avenue. Enter the campus through the Batten Way Entrance, on your right.
From north and south of Boston
Take I-93 (N or S) to Exit #20 for I-90 W (Massachusetts Turnpike). Take I-90 W to Exit #20 for Allston and Cambridge. After the tollbooth, bear right towards Cambridge, to a large intersection. Just past the second light, and before the bridge, turn left onto Soldiers Field. At the first stoplight, turn left onto Western Avenue. Enter the campus through the Batten Way Entrance, on your right.
Parking
Parking is free for all attendees of the conference in the Harvard Business School parking lot, located next to Spangler Center and Burden Auditorium. The entrance to the parking lot (HBS "South Entrance") is on Western Avenue, east of the intersection between Western Avenue and North Harvard Street. Please tell the guard at the booth that you are with the ARCS Conference.

Traveling by T (mass transit)
Coming by MBTA http://www.mbta.com/ (the T), take the Red Line to Harvard Square. John F. Kennedy Street runs through the center of Harvard Square. Walk south on John F. Kennedy Street, crossing over the Charles River on the Anderson Bridge. The Harvard Business School is on the left, after the bridge. Take the first entrance leading into the campus.
