Open Positions
The Strategy Unit at Harvard Business School is seeking outstanding candidates for tenure-track positions at the Assistant, (non-tenured) Associate, and full Professor levels. We offer a range of courses on topics including competitive and corporate strategy, global strategy, boundaries and organization of the firm, technology and strategy, managerial cognition, strategy implementation, and the economics of competitive interactions. The Unit also supports a doctoral program in strategy.
Requirements
We are interested in exceptionally strong candidates with discipline-based training and research skills. The successful candidate should have a strong interest in the concerns of practicing managers and excellent communication skills. Applicants should have outstanding records in PhD or DBA programs, and strong demonstrated potential and interest to conduct research at the forefront of their field. Business experience is preferred but not required.
