Harvard Business School seeks candidates for tenure-track positions in its Negotiation, Organizations & Markets (NOM) Unit. The NOM Unit is involved in the study of negotiation, competitive decision making, incentives, the motivation and behavior of individuals in organizations, and the design and functioning of markets. The NOM Unit is interdisciplinary and has approximately 20 faculty members with backgrounds in economics, psychology, organizational behavior, negotiations, and law. We are responsible for staffing a popular elective course in "Negotiation" as well as a variety of elective, executive, and doctoral courses. The main areas of research for NOM faculty include: Organizational Economics, Negotiations, Behavioral Ethics, Trust, Organizational Psychology and Sociology, Agency Theory, Compensation, Incentives, Corporate Governance, and Experimental Economics.
Requirements
Applicants should have outstanding records in PhD or DBA programs, and strong demonstrated potential and interest to conduct research at the forefront of their field.
