The Entrepreneurial Management Unit of Harvard Business School is seeking candidates for a full-time tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level.

Requirements

Applicants should have an outstanding record in a PhD or DBA program. We are interested in both new and recent graduates.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to do outstanding research with the potential to impact both academic and managerial audiences. Candidates with formal training in economic or behavioral disciplines as well as inter-disciplinary candidates are encouraged to apply. Research interests should include one or more of the following: entrepreneurial leadership and organization; emerging industries and technologies; financing ventures and growth; or business history and policy. The position entails case method teaching at the MBA and executive program levels.
