Reimbursement Information
In order to be reimbursed please save all of your receipts; Harvard University requires that all receipts be originals. Reasonable amounts will be fully reimbursed. If you have any questions regarding your specific reimbursement eligibility, please do not hesitate to contact Laura Guild (contact info below). You should expect to receive a check from Harvard University within 3-6 weeks of submission.
After the seminar, please forward your receipts and a letter (which must be on your university letterhead) to Laura Guild with the following information:
- Itemized list of expenses
- Social Security Number
- Permanent legal address and Mailing address (if different).
- The statement "I certify that the above expenses are all legitimate Harvard University business expenses".
- Signature
If not a US citizen, please include your Resident alien card number, or Visa type and country of tax residency.
