Social enterprise professionals across all sectors and from around the world have opportunities to connect with HBS students, alumni, and faculty to undertake meaningful engagements focused on enhancing the management, governance, and entrepreneurial capabilities of their organizations.

  • Recruiting. Organizations can explore a range of approaches to meeting their talent needs from hiring an MBA student as a summer associate, to hiring an MBA student for a full-time position following graduation, to hiring an alumnus for senior-level positions, to submitting a proposal to participate in the HBS Leadership Fellows program.   • Connecting with Students and Alumni. Social enterprise professionals and organizations can explore a range of interactions with MBA students and alumni based on their organizational needs and student demand.   • Executive Education. HBS offers five focused Social Enterprise Executive Education programs each year, three targeted toward nonprofit leaders, one for corporate leaders, and one for teams of education leaders within urban public school districts.
