Hiring a summer associate MBA students spend 10-12 weeks working within social enterprises to address key managerial issues through the utilization of their analytic and strategic skills. Organizations pay a salary and students may apply for supplemental funding through the HBS Social Enterprise Summer Fellowship.	various	We encourage postings in fall or early winter for the following summer. HBS Leadership Fellows HBS Leadership Fellows gives nonprofit and public-sector organizations the opportunity to maximize their effectiveness by leveraging the experience, energy, and analytical skills of graduating MBAs for one year at a salary partially subsidized by Harvard Business School.	various	September 9, 2009 is the proposal deadline for 2010-11 Fellowship year at the organization.
