Here Clayton M. Christensen applies his research on disruptive innovation to the social sector. In this examination of America's health care and education systems, Christensen summarizes insights gained by analyzing two complex and elusive issues in the public domain through the disruptive innovation lens. He identifies a compelling new approach to tackling social challenges and ultimately achieving social change.
