Yellow Rose

The images in my paintings invite fantastic associations, kind of like when you're looking at clouds and you see flying dragons. The paintings are becoming more referential, depicting a charged animated, atmospheric landscape. It's usually a murky place, foggy, hard to see clearly - and it is sometimes populated by brushstroke smudge beings and isolated kingdoms, all dwelling in an atmosphere of pending change.
