These photographs were made in Giverny, France while I was an artist-in-residence at the Monet Museum. Monet's garden is divided into two sections. One half of the garden is French in design with formal pathways, trellises, and flowerbeds. The other half is styled after a Japanese garden, and has the lily pads, pond, and bridge Monet often painted while floating in a small boat.
