- If complete text of a paper is available (this will be indicated in the index by an asterisk*), there will be a "complete text" link in the abstract below. Papers are usually in the form of a pdf downloadable in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Some papers may be available to HBS only.

without an available biography are from outside HBS.
