Once at this web site, click on the year range desired and use the "find" function in your browser to search on title, author, or keyword.
Harvard University catalog (HOLLIS)
Once in this catalog, choose the "expanded search" option. Select "Division of Research" under "publisher" AND "working paper" under "series words" PLUS select some words from the title in "title words" OR an author last name in "author words" (the first two fields will limit your searches to HBS Working Papers only).

Online copies of some HBS working papers are available for reading where there is an asterisk next to the paper title at the HBS Working Papers Web Site.
