Participating in recruiting events provides organizations the opportunity to connect with students. Holding an event on or off-campus can also help organizations build brand awareness for future recruiting.
To schedule any of the following recruiting events, please review recruiting dates and submit a request via Career Hub. All events must be approved by HBS Career & Professional Development.
Is your organization planning to hire a summer intern? Company Information Day (CID) offers a day full of presentations combined with a networking reception. Students have no academic conflicts during CID thus maximizing attendance. Please note organizations can participate in either CID or a Company Presentation.
First-year Company Presentations are an alternative to Company Information Day and happen throughout the year. Organizations can leverage presentations to educate students about the company and opportunities that exist for MBA students.
Similar to on-campus presentations, organizations can leverage off-campus presentations to educate students about the organization and opportunities that exist for MBA students. Off-campus presentations are assigned a 1.5 hour timeslot and are available for both first and second-year students.
Company Conversations provide a platform for organizations to connect on campus with students in an engaging, personal environment. Whether one-on-one or a small group, Company Conversations are an ideal alternative to Company Presentations when you want to maximize your time on campus, but you're not sure if a 90 person classroom is the right fit.
Industry Education Presentations are non-recruiting, educational in nature or focused on a specific topic of interest to students. Have an interesting view on a current topic that concerns your industry? This is the place to share with students. Even if you are not looking to hire this year, Industry Education Presentations are an effective way to build your brand on campus.
Targeted events provide an additional opportunity to connect with HBS students about organizational culture, career opportunities, and the recruiting process.
