Welcome to our recruiter web site which provides you with on-line services to facilitate your partnership with HBS.
We have continued to enhance the functionality of our system and are pleased to introduce several new features on your Recruiter Dashboard that will streamline both the application and interview process. Through your dashboard you will now have the ability to:
- post, view and manage jobs
- receive and review MBA job applications
- bundle and download selected applications
- manage and submit closed lists for on-campus interviews
For those of you new to recruiting at HBS, in order to access your Recruiter Dashboard, you are required to create a user account when posting your first job. This account will be unique to you (not your company); only you will have visibility into the jobs you have posted. We suggest printing out this step by step guide as you become familiar with the features of this new system.
You may also choose to view our online tutorial, which will walk you through the features of your recruiter dashboard; from creating an account to managing your closed list submissions.
