We are pleased to introduce our recruiter dashboard, providing recruiters with a single point of entry and the necessary tools to hire HBS talent at all levels of experience.
In order to access your Recruiter Dashboard, you are required to create a user account by posting your first job [See "FIRST TIME USER?" at the right]. This account will be unique to you (not your company); only you will have visibility into the jobs you have posted. By requesting that alumni apply to your position through the Job Bank, you will be able to manage all your applications centrally from your dashboard. Simply log into your dashboard to see your newest applications. (Please note: this eliminates the need to receive resumes via email). We suggest printing out this step by step guide as you become familiar with the features of this new system.
Alumni Career Services will continue to accept opportunities from companies and executive search firms. Jobs are posted for 90 days unless otherwise noted.
