To set up an account, first click the Post a Job link.

At the initial registration screen, enter your first name, last name, and email address. Click "Continue."

Registered Users

Recruiters - HBS Alumni

As an HBS alumnus/a, you are already a registered user. Use your Lifelong E-mail Forwarding Address (LEFA) and password. Your LEFA is a combination of the first letter of your first name, your last name, and your graduating HBS program. All HBS alumni have a LEFA and a password.

Enter your LEFA and password in the "Recruiters - HBS Alumni" login box. (Forgot your password?)

Enter your login information and click "Login."

Recruiters - General (non-HBS Alumni)

If you have already set-up your HBS account, log into the system using your existing HBS user name and password.

Enter your email address and password under "Recruiters - General" and click "Login."
