Recruiter Dashboard

The following functionality is currently available through your Recruiter Dashboard:

• Post, view, and manage jobs
• Receive and review MBA job applications
• Bundle and download selected applications
• Manage and submit closed lists for on-campus interviews

Login to the HBS recruiting system to view your Recruiter Dashboard.

Your dashboard will show key information for each posting:

• Position name
• Function
• Location
• Job Type (summer or career)
• MBA CPD approval status
• Student visibility status
• Candidates

Note: all jobs posted for both the 2008/09 and 2009/10 recruiting seasons are accessible via the dashboard. You may post additional jobs and manage existing jobs from the homepage of your dashboard.

To post a new summer or career opportunity, click "Post a Job" to go to the job posting application.

View Jobs

Click the position title to review your posted jobs. The full job description will be available for review (read-only). Return to the main dashboard to review additional postings. Please note that the job preview shown via the Recruiter Dashboard does not reflect the spacing and formatting on the student side.

Send any edits to existing postings to your HBS Recruiting Coordinator.
