Interview MBA Students

Interviewing students is a critical component of the hiring process and is one of the most frequently utilized measures of gauging whether a student would be a good fit with your team. To ensure your team has the ability to focus on the candidates, HBS offers recruiting partners a variety of ways to search, identify and contact students whom they are interested in interviewing.

Requesting a Resume Book

Requesting a class or club resume book allows your team to target students that meet your hiring criteria and reach out to them at your convenience. You can sort resumes by industry, location and function preferences, language skills, club memberships and more.

Interview Options

You have the opportunity to choose to interview students via on-campus HBS Coordinated Interviews or off-campus Company Managed Interviews. Our Video Conferencing system has also proven to be a successful tool when interviewing from a distant location.
