HBS 2+2 Program
What is it?
HBS 2+2 is a unique program targeted to talented college students with high career aspirations. The program will reach them when they're making career and graduate school decisions and will position the MBA as a flexible degree that will offer them many opportunities. This new concept of deferred admission to HBS offers a guaranteed place in a future MBA class contingent upon successful completion of two years of work experience.
How does it work?
Students apply after completion of junior year in college (July 1 application deadline). Continued engagement with HBS after September 1 acceptance includes:
- Access to select HBS 2+2 Recruiting Partners
- Self-assessment and career coaching
- On-campus summer program
The 2+2 program is a four year experience: 2 YEARS OF WORK AFTER
UNDERGRADUATE EDUCATION + 2 YEARS AT HBS = MBA
