How long will it take for my posting to be approved?
All postings will be considered for approval within 3 business days from initial submission. If there are any problems, our office will contact you.
May I hide my contact information?
We require that all postings contain full and valid contact information (name, email, phone, and address). This information must be viewable by our Alumni.
How can I reach out to HBS alumni?
Our Alumni Job Bank is the main tool we use to put alumni in contact with hiring companies. If you are interested in posting job opportunities, please fill out our job description form online
You may also consider presenting to an HBS club in your area.
How long will my posting remain active in the Alumni Job Bank?
We keep job opportunities online for 90 days unless otherwise notified. If you would like to keep a job posted longer or the position is filled before the 90 days, please contact our office.
What does it cost to post job opportunities in the Job Bank?
There is currently no charge to post jobs in our Alumni Job Bank.
How do I make changes to a posting?
To make changes to an existing posting or to remove a job from the Alumni Job Bank, please send us an e-mail with the necessary information.
