Organizations now have a more efficient way of finding leadership talent for their boards. Harvard Business School is proud to offer a resume database available for the identification and recruitment of potential board candidates.

The HBS Alumni Board of Directors Resume Database currently contains over 1,600 active profiles. If you would like to identify candidates for your Board, please submit a Candidate Profile. Once this information has been received and approved, you will receive log-in information and guidelines.
