Getting the business community to provide leadership (loaned executive) in order to make the partnership get off of the ground and maintain traction and action. Working in teams with educators and business leaders change and new strategic directions should begin. Keeping the groups on task with regularly scheduled meetings and assignments as to who, what, and when things are accomplished should be spelled out.
