Dual threat to a happy EADS-BAE union
Re: Mihir Desai
Mihir Desai of Harvard Business School uses the same term. Dual-listed structures create complications for the hapless finance department and company secretary – and can be "highly complex" for shareholders – but they are usually "seamless to the organisation" as a whole. He sees dual listings as further positive evidence of the "decentring" of companies that used to be rooted in – and restricted by – their original national culture and territory.
