I think we are seeing movement of some types of manufacturing back to the United States. When a lot of work originally moved offshore, there was a huge labor cost differential between the U.S. and places like China. So what many companies did, and I did this when I was in industry, was that we moved work offshore, and we "threw labor at the problem."
