A Harvard study published in the 2004 book Just Enough by Laura Nash and Howard Stevenson found that the key trait of successful businesspeople who have true satisfaction in their lives is "the deliberate imposition of limits." People who are good at setting boundaries know when they get to the "just enough" point, the authors say.
