Harvard Business School Marketing Scholar Robert Buzzell Dies at 71
BOSTON -- November 9, 2004 -- Robert D. Buzzell, the Sebastian S. Kresge Professor of Business Administration Emeritus at Harvard Business School, died on Saturday, Nov. 6, at a hospice near his home in Alexandria, Va., from complications related to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (or Lou Gehrig's Disease). He was 71.

$25 Million Gift for Doctoral Programs from Alumnus and Entrepreneur Hansjoerg Wyss
BOSTON -- October 25, 2004 -- Harvard Business School has received a $25 million donation in support of its doctoral programs from Hansjoerg Wyss, a member of the MBA Class of 1965 and an entrepreneur who built Synthes, Inc., into a leading international medical device company specializing in orthopedic instruments and implants.
