SVMP Sponsors

Over the years, the SVMP has enjoyed an enthusiastic response from many leading companies and organizations across the nation. In fact, more than fifty different organizations sponsored participants last summer. Sponsors often express pride in having had a role in the professional and academic development of their employees. In terms of expenses, sponsors agree to cover the participant's salary and assume the costs of transportation to and from the program, while HBS agrees to cover all educational expenses, including room and board. Because there is a strong interest in the program, and SVMP can accommodate only a limited number of individuals, we encourage corporate sponsors to nominate their interns early. Nominations should be made by early May.

We have provided a letter that may serve as the initial introduction to the program for intership supervisors. This letter may help convey the advantages of SVMP to potential sponsors.
