This was one of the most amazing programs I have ever had the privilege of being a part of. Every second of the program was useful, engaging, and challenging in a way I had not been challenged before. Every professor lecturer that walked into the classroom never failed to leave me completely in awe about the world, the concept of leadership, and new ways of perceiving the dynamics of business that surround us everyday. When I first thought about business school, I thought money and power; what I came out with, however, was a better understanding of people, and great respect for the skill of effectively working with them in order for organizations to run. I did not learn how to effectively control people if put in a position of power, but instead, the importance of promoting everyone’s cohesiveness to produce real results and a larger difference than anyone could ever dream to produce alone. This was truly mind-expanding experience that allowed me to reflect on my future, and the types of marks I would like to leave on the world. Any significant changes a person can make must always end with the will of groups; SVMP is where you learn to guide and help make those changes.
