The application for the 2009 Summer Venture in Management Program is now available online.
Applying
For your application to be complete, we need to receive three things:
- A completed application form -- This is filled out and submitted online.
- A completed nomination form -- As part of your online application, you will select a nominator. The nominator is a person within the organization where you will be interning during the summer of 2009 who can approve participation in SVMP. The application system will email instructions to your nominator, who will complete and submit the nominator form online. Given the current economic climate, finding a summer internship is going to be extremely challenging. We strongly recommend that you start looking today.
- An official transcript -- Send transcripts in a sealed envelope, signed by the registrar of your school, to SVMP, MBA Admissions, Harvard Business School, Dillon House 10, Boston, MA 02163. All transcripts will be verified with the named institution.
We have provided a letter that may serve as the initial introduction to the program for your intership supervisor. This letter may help you discuss the advantages of SVMP with your supervisor.
