Job Postings

Our MBA Job Bank is a central online resource for year-round job postings that provides students with direct, 24-hour access to your company's career or internship opportunities. Posting a job is a key first step to generating awareness of your firm on-campus.

Resume Books

Identify candidates who meet your needs by searching our electronic student resume database. Proactively reach out to students and invite them to a targeted reception or dinner — a great way for students to learn more about your company in a more personal setting.

Company Presentations

Networking Nights and on-campus presentations provide a forum for students to learn more about your firm, as well as to discuss opportunities with company representatives. In addition to these events sponsored by our office, you may also choose to hold an off-campus presentation, reception or dinner. All recruiting events, regardless of their location, must be approved by the MBA Career Services Office.

Interviews

Reserve a date to interview first-year HBS students for summer employment or second-year HBS students for career hiring. Interviews may be conducted on-campus (facilitated by HBS) or off-campus (facilitated by your company), but all interview dates must be approved by MBA Career Services regardless of location.

Advertising and Sponsorships

Optimize your recruiting effort and drive attendance to your company events by communicating directly to students via various channels. Through the HBS Student Association Ventures, and The Harbus Newspaper, you'll be able to communicate with students and advertise information about your events. Please refer to our student advertising guidelines for date restrictions and further information about your various options.

Student Club Activities

Further generate awareness of your company by collaborating with student clubs to participate in educational speaking engagements, conferences, and career fairs held throughout the year. These events are a great way for students to learn more about your firm, as well as to enhance your brand on campus.
