That's exactly what you'll do at HBS, not once but many times over through two years of in-depth, case-method learning and a hands-on Field Immersion Experiences for Leadership Development (FIELD) course that puts leadership into practice through teamwork, personal reflection, global immersions, and hands-on experience designing and launching a microbusiness.
