Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Student Association
The LGBTSA is an organization of LGBT students and their partners. The club provides a close-knit community for its 70+ members, and works to drive change around LGBT issues in the workplace, at Harvard Business School, and in the local community.

LGBTSA Allies Club
The Allies became an official HBS student club in the fall of 2012. The nearly 600 Allies are a group of straight supporters, comprised of HBS students and partners. The club works toward creating a supportive environment for LGBTQ colleagues on campus.

Annual Events

LGBT Open House

The Admissions team hosts an on-campus open house for LGBT applicants each fall. Activities include a class visit, campus tour, a round table discussion with current students, and an Admissions presentation. 

Student-Run Conferences

Club conferences are a vibrant part of the HBS ecosystem. Over 25 conferences are held each year on topics ranging from finance to entrepreneurship to women in business – and all are open to prospective students. Learn more about student-run conferences.

Harvard LGBTQ Conference
The LGBTQ Conference at Harvard serves as an annual platform for bringing together diverse voices from within the LGBTQ community and our allies. Through a fabulous line up of speakers, panelists and much more, the conference highlights the intersectionalities within the LGBTQ community and provides a platform to LGBTQ voices which often go unheard.

Summer Venture in Management Program

The HBS Summer Venture in Management Program (SVMP) is a one week management training program for rising college seniors. An annual event at HBS, this unique educational experience helps participants develop a broader understanding of the challenges business leaders face, the many dimensions of the business world, and the impact they can have on their community and the world through business leadership.
