Events

A s part of our commitment to a truly diverse, international student body, we bring a sample of the Harvard Business School experience to locations throughout the world. At these outreach events, you will have the opportunity to meet representatives from the HBS community and learn more about the MBA Program and its application process. In addition, we host a variety of campus events throughout the year.

If you'd like to participate, complete the Introduce Yourself form so that we can give you event, application, and HBS news and information specifically suited to your interests.

On Campus HBS Campus Minority MBA Admissions Oct. 16 Prospective Students' Day (PSD) Jointly sponsored by HBS MBA Admissions, the African-American Student Union (AASU), the Latino Student Organization (LASO), and the Harvard University Native American Program (HUNAP), PSD is an opportunity for members of these underrepresented minority communities to experience HBS. Participants will have the opportunity to interact with students, faculty, alumni, and staff, and see the case study method in action.
On Campus HBS Campus LGBT MBA Admissions Oct. 2 HBS LGBT Open House Jointly sponsored by HBS MBA Admissions and the HBS Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Student Association (LGBTSA), the HBS LGBT Open House is an opportunity for LGBT candidates to experience the HBS community. Throughout the day participants will have the opportunity to observe a case-method discussion in a first-year class, attend an Admissions, Career Services and Financial Aid Information Session, Tour the HBS campus and facilities and interact with members of the Admissions Board, other HBS administrators and students.
On Campus HBS Campus College Students MBA Admissions Oct. 30 College Students' Day This 1-day program is a great opportunity for current college students to meet HBS MBA students and faculty, learn more about our MBA program, and experience the case study method first hand. Not only will participants attend an HBS class, but they will also have the opportunity to participate in a simulated case discussion with an HBS faculty member. It also provides a forum for meeting other college leaders across the country.
On Campus HBS Campus Minority MBA Program Jun. 20-26 Summer Venture in Management Program (SVMP) Sponsored by the HBS MBA Program, the Summer Venture in Management Program offers talented rising college seniors from non-traditional backgrounds an intensive look at management education by combining a week of study at HBS with a summer internship at a company or organization. This twenty-five year HBS tradition demonstrates the many rewards of an MBA degree to students who may not otherwise have considered this path.
