Field Immersion Experiences for Leadership Development (FIELD) Course
This course will require team-based learning experiences throughout the first year that are immersive, field-based, and action-oriented, with the overall goal of advancing the School's mission to develop leaders who make a difference in the world.
FIELD 1
- Individual skill building to develop leadership intelligence
- Leadership exercises, peer feedback, and personal reflection
FIELD 2
- Globalization, including a required global immersion experience during the January term
- Value creation at the product or service level in a global context
FIELD 3
- Integrating the course through the design and launch of a microbusiness
