Kennedy presided over a significant growth period for Oklahoma Gas and Electric. He transformed the local utility provider into a major regional powerhouse. During his tenure, both revenues and earnings were increased by a factor of 10, from $24 million to $225 million in revenues and from $4 million to $36 million in earnings.
