In such a technology-charged environment, reliability and service are absolutely essential. The HBS IT Group has specialized teams to support the distinct needs of various groups while ensuring virtually no downtime:

Faculty and staff consult Technology Support Services (TSS) for computer-based and hands-on training, hardware and software troubleshooting, Web-based software downloads and general computing tips, and one-on-one support.

MBA students call on MBA IT Support Services for education, advice, and assistance—starting long before they arrive on campus. Year-round training; walk-in, e-mail, and telephone support; ongoing software alerts and upgrades—these and other services complement a trove of Web-based information on everything from downloading course information to fighting a computer virus.

Business leaders attending our Executive Education programs arrive on campus to find their residential rooms fully equipped with the latest technology. Their in-room computer systems allow participants to complete course work, join in related exercises and online discussions, and manage their lives outside the classroom (with tips on e-mail forwarding, for instance). And of course, all services are fully supported by HBS IT experts.

HBS Alumni may find assistance with their e-mail forwarding accounts, passwords, online data, and access to a wide array of information on the alumni Web site.
