The Job Bank is also rich in features which allow MBA Career & Professional Development full administrative control of the system's content and interview process. Features include:

MBA Job Bank Audit Summary ReportAdditional administrative features allow ad hoc queries to be run for detailed data analysis. Searches can be conducted by company or by account representative; results are obtained in the audit summary tool, a time-saving feature allowing MBA Career & Professional Development staff to make multiple lists and schedules visible to students.

The award is given for "innovation, Web-based delivery of services, efficiency, and functionality for improved student, faculty and citizen access."

Focused on enhancing the recruiting experience at HBS, the Job Bank is only one of the many resources available to students in their career development. Students also have global, 24-hour access to self-assessment and skill-building tools, resume databases and templates, company and industry research, and a worldwide alumni network for advice and support.
