Our recruiting partners include leading biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostic companies, as well as financial services, consulting, health care delivery, and health services organizations.

Workshops & Panels

Programs such as Health Care Industry Week, Interview Prep Sessions, the Nuts and Bolts seminar series, and career treks are organized each year to help you learn more about specific health care sectors, prepare for internships, and network with other students and alumni.

Health Care Student-Alumni Mentor Program

The HBS Health Care Initiative works to connect students interested in health care and alumni health care professionals through our mentor program. We match students to alumni who have similar interests and who can provide direction on navigating the complex health care industry.

Career Coaching

Our health care career coaches hold MBA degrees and have extensive experience in the industry. They are available to assist you in career planning, securing a summer internship, and finding full-time job opportunities.
