MBA Career & Professional Development
Along with on-campus company information sessions, you can tap into a robust job bank of summer and full-time job opportunities, attend networking events, and interview with on-campus recruiters. Our recruiting partners include leading biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostic companies, as well as financial services, consulting, healthcare delivery, and health services organizations.
Workshops and Panels
Programs such as Healthcare Industry Week, Interview Prep Sessions, the Nuts and Bolts seminar series, and career treks are organized each year to help you learn more about specific healthcare sectors, prepare for internships, and network with other students and alumni.
Healthcare Student-Alumni Mentor Program
The HBS Healthcare Initiative works to connect students interested in healthcare and alumni healthcare professionals through our mentor program. We match students to alumni who have similar interests and who can provide direction on navigating the complex healthcare industry.
Career Coaching
Our healthcare career coaches hold MBA degrees and have extensive experience in the industry. They are available to assist you in career planning, securing a summer internship, and finding full-time job opportunities.
