Debbie Gordon leads the 20+-member marketing team in member and provider marketing strategy and implementation, as well as regional ("field") marketing, sales, media relations, internal communications, health promotion, and product development. Debbie brings more than a decade of product development and marketing experience to Network Health.
Debbie served as director of marketing at Network Health before her promotion to senior director of marketing. In this role, she led member acquisition, retention, and satisfaction efforts for the plan. Prior to Network Health, Debbie served as senior product manager at Staples, Inc. in Framingham, Mass. She was responsible for category strategy, marketing and sales results in merchandising, and for finding and building new business opportunities.
Debbie previously served as principal of the Parthenon Group in Boston, where she provided strategic advisory services to clients and participated in firm-building activities. She also served as director of marketing at John Snow, Inc. (JSI)/Community Health Institute. Here she facilitated the planning process for a new community center and lead focus groups and data analysis for social marketing studies to improve health promotion. Debbie earned her bachelor's degree in medical bioethics from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island and a master's in business administration from Harvard. |
