The Organizational Behavior (OB) Unit of Harvard Business School is conducting a search for a tenured, full professor in micro- or macro- organizational behavior.  Of particular interest are candidates whose research and teaching focus on leadership or human resource management.  The professor will teach at the MBA, doctoral, and executive levels. 

Qualifications

Any candidate should currently be a tenured, full professor, with demonstrated scholarly achievement and impact on the field; evidence of intellectual leadership and creative accomplishment; demonstrated teaching effectiveness; and an ability to contribute to the School, University, and broader scholarly community.  We seek to hire tenured faculty who are setting the agenda in their field; who are, or are emerging, as among the most influential figures in that field; and who have the commitment and capacity to remain at the forefront of their field.
