Welcome to the Harvard Business School symposium Gender & Work: Challenging Conventional Wisdom. This symposium highlights cutting-edge research and ideas about gender in organizations and brings together scholars and practitioners for thoughtful, forward-looking discussion. Attendees include faculty from U.S. and international institutions, HBS faculty, and practitioners. The symposium is part of a series of activities taking place this academic year to commemorate the 50th anniversary of women’s admission to the traditional two-year MBA program at HBS.

The symposium will be held on the Harvard Business School campus in Boston, MA on February 28th and March 1st, 2013.
