Harvard Business School’s Business, Government, and the International Economy Conference
Harvard Business School’s Business, Government, and the International Economy Conference
October 25, 2013
The Business, Government & the International Economy (BGIE) Unit conducts research on, and teaches about, the economic, political, social, and legal environment in which business operates. Our conference aims to invite researchers from inside and outside the School to give presentations on what they are doing and give unit members an opportunity to present their own research as well. This conference will encourage the development of a common language, common research themes, and cross-references among the Unit’s research. Further, of course, it will serve to stimulate ideas by discussing the BGIE Unit’s research and the related work of researchers elsewhere. Participation in the Unit conference is particularly important in our case because of our need to reach across disciplinary boundaries.
