Hee Yeon Shin is a doctoral student in Organizational Behavior (micro track). She is broadly interested individual/small group decision making and what initiates behavior change in people. Hee Yeon mostly uses experimental methods in her research. Currently, she is working with Francesca Gino on a project exploring how different ways of thinking about the future can impact decision making. In another project, she is collaborating with Christine Looser on how facial perception impacts information encoding and recall, and its possible behavioral consequences. Hee Yeon graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a B.S. in Policy and Management.
